* Cake orders may be picked up between 10am -4pm.
Please note your desired pick-up time when ordering.
* We require a minimum of 7 days for orders.
* Daily ordering cut-off time is 3pm.
* Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
Please consider the 7 day window starting the following day.
* We cannot substitute or swap ingredients in our recipes.
* These cakes are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
*Each cake is hand decorated by our pastry artists.
* Photos shown are for reference -designs will vary.
* If you have design requests, please note them when ordering.
*We are unable to ship any cakes, cupcakes, or baked goods.
* After your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email from custom@psandco.com.

MODIFICATIONS/ REFUNDS
We politely decline modifications and/or refunds due to not reading ingredient descriptions, improper storage/handling, or for orders placed without a minimum 4 business days notice. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for celebration cake orders.
In the case of a cancellation, your method of payment may be refunded minus the $25 non-refundable deposit and processing fees, which we cannot recoup from our credit card processors.
Orders can only be refunded if they are cancelled before our pastry team starts creating your celebration cake.
When in doubt, please contact us before placing an order.
Please email with any order/time changes as soon as possible.
We are unable to refund orders that are already created and ready for pick-up.
Orders not picked up on the day as scheduled are not eligible for refunds.
