Pumpkin spice season is upon us. Very exciting, yes, but may not always be the healthiest beverage option. We are happy to add our autumn beverages of Organic Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew and Organic Pumpkin Spice Hot Coffee to the menu, made with only 100% organic, plant-based, and gluten-free ingredients. That’s it!

  • Cinnamon - Contains strong antioxidant, anti-tumor, and anti-inflammatory properties(1).

  • Nutmeg - Supports gut health and the nervous system. Nutmeg has shown antioxidant and antimicrobial effects (2).

  • Clove - Contains antioxidants, can help to treat inflammation, diabetes, abdominal pain, and hypertension. May also promote brain health, warding off Alzheimer’s Disease (3).

  • Allspice - May help to relieve indigestion and contains anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties (4).

  • House-Made Brazil Nut Milk - Contains Selenium, a trace mineral and an essential nutrient for one’s health. Brazil nuts have some of the highest concentrations of selenium (8). Containing high levels of phytonutrients, Brazil nuts can assist in lowering cholesterol and triggering antioxidant and anti-proliferative (inhibiting cell growth) activity within the body (9).
