Every part of our cakes is made in our garden kitchen by our talented pastry team.
We source organic flours (also certified gluten-free), organic maple syrup and organic coconut sugar by default unless noted. We also use organic cold-pressed extra-virgin coconut oil and olive oils.
We require 4 business days' notice for custom designed cake orders.
For example: DEADLINE for a Saturday pick-up is Tuesday, 3pm.

- If design elements or ingredients need to be specially ordered

- Budget (custom cakes start at $200)

**Cakes, cupcakes, baked goods are available for pick-up only**
* We do not use any artificial, non-natural, non-organic, non-vegan, non-gluten free, or non-kosher ingredients, including:
- Artificial or "natural" food coloring
- Edible printing papers and inks
- Fondant
- Modeling chocolate
- Sprinkles, edible pearls, or other decorative items
that are not readily available organic, plant based, gluten free and/or kosher
* All of our cakes are entirely decorated by hand: including inscriptions, designs and illustrations.

of cake flavors, fillings, creams, or buttercreams that are not currently in production.

Modifications/Refunds:
We politely decline modifications and/or refunds, due to not reading ingredient descriptions, improper storage/handling, or for orders placed without a required notice. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for special request cake orders. In the case of a refundable cancellation, your method of payment may be refunded minus the $50 non-refundable deposit and processing fees, which we cannot recoup from our credit card processors. Orders can only be refunded if they are cancelled before our pastry team starts creating your custom designed cake.

We are unable to refund orders that are already created and ready for pick up.
Orders not picked up on the day they are scheduled may not be refunded.
