Mohinga Noodle Soup: organic Burmese noodle soup full of anti-inflammatory goodness. All organic ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil, onion, shallots, garlic, leeks, sweet potatoes, ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, tamari, sesame oil, Vero water, sea salt; Brown rice noodles (brown rice, seaweed, filtered water); Toppings include lime, cilantro, scallions, roasted peanuts, crispy onions (onions, extra-virgin olive oil), chili sesame oil (red chili flakes, garlic, sesame oil, sea salt).
Vegetable Miso Ramen: made with chickea miso and a healing mineral broth. All organic ingredients: chickpea miso, cold-pressed lemon juice, kale, carrots, scallions, kombu, shitake stems, ginger, star anise, wakame, Vero Water, sea salt. Served with assorted greens, mushroom and baked tofu, and Forbidden Ramen Noodles (forbidden rice and water).
Red Lentil Stew: hearty, winter stew filled with protein-rich lentils and anti-oxidant filled vegetables. All organic ingredients: red lentils, squash, onion, garlic, leeks, sweet potatoes, carrots, extra-virgin olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne, house-made vegetable stock, ginger, Vero water, sea salt.
