The next available pick up date for all custom orders including bagels, cakes, cupcakes, and cookie cakes is Wednesday 8/6/25.
The shop will be stocked with bagels, cake by the slice, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, tarts and more each day! Please visit our online menu on Toast Take Out to view our daily selection.

Clean-ingredient breads not only taste good but feel good.
Handmade with gluten-free, organic whole grains and plant-rich ingredients.
Our breads are baked fresh weekly and can be stored frozen and refreshed in the oven.
Please allow at least 7 days notice for bread orders.
Bread order pick ups are available Tuesday - Friday.
Currently, bagels are available by the half dozen.

We cannot substitute or swap ingredients in our recipes.
Our breads are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
While some items are nut-free, nuts are present in our storage, prep, and service spaces. Cross contamination is always possible, especially airborne.

We are unable to ship any perishable items including cakes, cupcakes, baked goods, and breads.
Toast gift cards are not valid for custom order purchases.
ORDERING & CONFIRMATIONS
Custom orders may be scheduled for pick up Tuesday - Friday between 10am - 4pm.
We require a minimum of 7 days for bread orders.
Ingredients lists are available for many of our breads on our online menu through Toast Take Out Please review ingredients lists before placing your order.
After your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email from our custom email, custom@psandco.com.
If you do not see the email in your inbox within 24-48 hours, please check your spam inbox.
If you're in a hurry, email custom@psandco.com before placing your order, and we let you know if a rush order is possible.
Please email with any order/time changes as soon as possible.
By placing your order through psandco.com, you are agreeing to all of the terms, conditions, & policies in our "Custom Order Information" including refund, modifications, & cancellation policies.
MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all custom orders placed through psandco.com, including manual orders, bread orders, & baking mix orders.
In the case of a cancellation, if your order has not been started yet, your method of payment will be refunded minus the $25 non-refundable deposit and processing fees, which we cannot recoup from our credit card processors
Orders can only be refunded (less the $25 deposit) if they are cancelled before our pastry team starts creating your custom order. If the order is already in process we are not able to cancel or refund the order.
We politely decline modifications and/or refunds due to not reading ingredient descriptions, improper storage/handling, or for orders placed without a minimum 7 days notice.
We are unable to refund orders that are already created and ready for pick-up.

Orders not picked up on the day as scheduled are not eligible for refunds.
