We source organic flours (certified gluten-free as well), use organic maple syrup and organic coconut sugar by default unless noted. The oils we use sparingly are organic cold-pressed extra-virgin coconut oil and olive oils for richness. By the way, we also eliminate baking powder to accommodate those with corn allergies, to name a few ways of how we do things differently!
